Miley Cyrus, one of Studio City's most famous youths—and there is a lot of competition— was labelled a pot-smoking liberal youth by an article in the LA Weekly recently.
Her reaction about the LA Weekly blog titled, "Miley Cyrus Is Hipper And More Liberal Than You. Oh, And She Hates Rick Santorum" was to tweet a link of it to her friends.
She added to her tweet: "This was a cool article! Really nice! Thanks people!"
The Disney star who made Hannah Montana famous with her squeaky-clean image, was profiled by writer Dan Weiss as someone who "smokes weed and supports Occupy Wall Street."
He added:
“At only 16, this walking franchise recorded Wake Up America, a freaking global warming song: ‘I know that you don’t want to hear it/ Especially coming from someone so young.’ Needless to say, it’s a lot smarter than the gum-snapping Britney Spears who supported George W. Bush in Fahrenheit 9/11."
