Always in the news for her wild ways, songstress Miley Cyrus has made headlines once again as she and her husband of less than one year, Liam Hemsworth, have called it quits. The couple had been dating on/off for over a decade, even getting engaged and calling it off before rekindling their romance. Miley's crazy ways have been named time and again over problems between the couple, but the American star and Australian actor had got back together anyway.
Miley, who does not let a gender define her, and is openly pansexual and has talked about being in a heterosexual marriage, married the hunky Liam in December 2018, in an intimate wedding ceremony at their Tennessee home, and Miley made a gorgeous bride clad in a cream Vivienne Westwood creation.
Spotted during a girls getaway at Lake Como, Italy, Miley locked lips with Brody Jenner's ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter, and that raised a few brows. Miley had also been seen sans her wedding ring on her social media posts, and in mid-July the 'Nothing Breaks Like A Heart' singer had publicly declared that she won't be having kids with the 29 year old actor.
Fans could spot a few red flags along the way when Miley even declared in Glastonbury that she is 'f****** sick of men', and Liam was also seen in Byron Bay without his wedding band, looking glum. A joint announcement from their representatives was released on Sunday confirming them parting their ways.
The announcement read, "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."
